Yoga Inferno is not yoga! It is too fast paced and too much cardio. Jillian has plenty of great workouts to get cardio and just overall resistance workouts from and this is not a workout to look for that from honestly. Zuzka Light has a great power yoga series if you are looking for something like that. I have had an unpleasant experience with a fast paced yoga dvd.
