How does qmix work

When it is there it doesn't consistently work. I'll try to continue to update as I find more. Since updating my device does not show up on computer to be assigned and I can't adjust any mix even though it says it's connected. The display doesn't fill the entire screen either and seems slightly out of focus. Presonus you guys are great and I know you're working on the issue.

Thanks for supporting such an old product! For years this has been stable system for our church. Using SL -remote and Q mix is essential as we often do not have a dedicated sound person.
